Business Continuity Planning

In times of economic, financial, commercial and environmental uncertainty, businesses are exposed to risks that could impact severely on their ability to trade.

Any disruption to the supply of goods or services can hamper engineering projects or maintenance – resulting in commercial penalties and/or impacting on customers.

Our team will help you develop an engineering business continuity plan, as well as supporting that plan during its implementation and through both planned and unplanned disruptions.

We will work with you to review your existing management systems and help to implement small but effective changes to these. For more major replanning, we will develop new procedures and help train in-house staff to manage and maintain the plan.

We will also help arrange and simulate potential scenarios to enable staff to test the plan. This will ensure they are confident that the plan itself is robust – as well as reassuring them that they are capable of managing a developing situation.
