Project Management

NTTX can provide a Project Management service to cover a full range of project scopes and value. We are able to draw on a multi-disciplinary team who come from a variety of disciplines and backgrounds including Building, Civil & Structural engineering, Building Surveying, Architects and Cost Consultants.

All senior staff have specific qualifications in Project Management. Our core teams can boast at least 10 – 20 years experience in their respective sectors and many hold professional qualifications such as MCIOB, MRICA and MAPM as well as being trained in proprietary Project Management systems such as Prince 2. Many of our Project Managers have specific skills in private and social housing, education, healthcare and heritage.

Our team will manage all stakeholder interfaces and take on the full responsibility for the successful implementation of the project. Once the project is up and running we will monitor and report back on every stage of the process, ensuring that quality is carefully controlled and that the whole process is effectively managed both in terms of costs and timescales.
