Provision of health and safety advisory support into contracts for cleaning, cooking and maintenance services into approved premises run for the Ministry of Justice - National Offender Management Service.
Undertaking a workplace security review for the Department of Social and Family Affairs, Southern Ireland. We helped the department, commit to its Statement of Strategy (2005-2007) "to ensure that a safe and healthy environment is provided and maintained to the highest standard for all customers and staff". Our workplace security strategy helped reduce the safety and security risks of the department's most exposed staff.
We led the security management of a major rail franchise including the development of the Train Operator Security Plan. This work was undertaken by a consultant with current Department of Transport clearance to "counter terrorism" level.
