Gary Fardon

Gary is a Systems Engineer with over 30 years' experience in Project and Engineering Management in both the Electricity supply & Rail industries. He is a strong team player with excellent multi-tasking and inter-communication capabilities.

Gary managed the delivery and completion of the Signal Control System for the Jubilee Line Extension as the Senior Supervising Engineer, where he was responsible for the commercial & technical management of the contract. As the Lead Discipline Engineer for Signal & Control Works (associated with the extension of the Piccadilly Line to Heathrow Terminal 5), Gary wrote the initial successful in house tender for the works and then managed them right through the full project lifecycle to the final handover for maintenance.

More recently he directed and controlled integration work streams for the Jubilee and Northern Line Upgrade Projects, including those related to the wheel rail interface and line upgrade final performance.
