Nigel Dodman is a highly qualified and experienced safety, quality, environmental and risk management professional, having operated in a number of major industries at senior level. He possesses seventeen years experience of large scale construction projects. Responsible for the development and implementation of innovative safety programmes which have resulted in industry leading safety performance.

Nigel is a proactive manager able to operate at board and senior management level in the public and private sectors within both client and contractor organisations. He is a dedicated professional with well developed communication, influencing and team working skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams to a high level of performance.
