Pete Thomas

Pete Thomas is a Management Consultant who is skilled at Board level in defining and optimising business processes, management systems and business objectives. He is a natural team leader with a facilitative approach – able to draw out ideas, get people involved and committed to finding the best solution within the criteria. He clarifies problems and issues, identifies what is critical to the success of a project and helps people apply an evaluative judgement to the development of solutions.

He spent a number of years in senior management roles for a multi-national project management company, working on complex, multi-million pound engineering projects. In a consultative role Pete has successfully undertaken both Business Development and Quality Management roles.
