Steve Griffiths

Steve is a senior rail industry professional with more than 20 years’ experience in building and leading many successful commercial and engineering teams.

Using his commercial and business acumen, coupled with operational and project management experience, Steve has delivered a number of engineering projects on the London Underground, as well as a £60 million telecoms project on the MTRC in Hong Kong.

Steve led the team delivering a comprehensive commercial service to an alliance of scarce resource businesses within Metronet Rail Ltd, with a combined turnover of c£90 million. At London Underground, Steve was responsible for the development and implementation of whole life asset plans for signalling and control system assets for the sub-surface railway.

He is a member of the IRSE and holds an MSc in Transport and Logistics Management from the University of Salford.
