Tricia Meade

Tricia Meade

A human resource professional, Tricia has more than nine years' experience in this field covering training, pay and conditions of service and pensions. She has worked with rail stakeholder companies in the development and implementation of competency management systems.

Tricia is the Learning and Development Manager for the Institution of Railway Operators (IRO) where she is contract manager with responsibility for the delivery of the education programme which is delivered in partnership with Glasgow Caledonian University.

She is also involved in the development of new professional training and education programmes in railway operational management on behalf of the rail industry in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Tricia has recently completed a BSc in Railway Operations Management. Tricia also has eight years experience as a consultant in the safety and risk management field, providing a range of business and information risk management, quality and safety management and auditing services to key stakeholders operating within the rail and other industries.
