Pete has a track record of building effective teams and achieving company objectives. Originally from an engineering and project management background, he has proven his ability to excel in other sectors including building repair and maintenance and the rail industry.
In his current role as director of bid management for the largest repair and maintenance contractor in the UK, Pete has succeeded in winning many multi-million pound contracts with a conversion rate of one in three tender wins and adding £0.5 billion to the company’s order book in the last 12 months.
