Tricia has worked with rail stakeholder companies in the development and implementation of competency management systems.
She is now learning & development manager for the Institution of Railway Operators (IRO). Here she is contract manager, with responsibility for the delivery of the education programme which operates in partnership with Glasgow Caledonian University. She is also involved in the development of new professional training and education programmes in railway operational management on behalf of the rail industry in the UK and in Ireland.
Tricia holds a BSc in railway operations management and has worked as a consultant in the safety and risk management field. She provides a range of business and information risk management, quality and safety management and auditing services to key stakeholders operating within the rail and other industries.
