Jacinta is currently focused on taking NTTX’s service portfolio into new industry sectors; she is central to the development of our IT service offerings for small and medium-sized businesses. She is also supporting the Health & Wellbeing team, both as an active consultant and in terms of marketing.
Jacinta also provides marketing support generally to the business and is responsible for the website and other communications media. She manages bidding activity, as well as providing commercial and technical input to major bids.
As a coaching psychologist, Jacinta has over 20 years’ experience in human performance optimisation and behavioural change in the workplace. She has worked as an in-house coach and as a consultant in both blue-chip companies and SMEs, specialising in working with those in enabling roles, such as safety and HR. She is a member of the Special Coaching Group of the British Psychological Society and a member of the Association for Coaching.
