As part of his role, Alistair has offered guidance on long-term occupational health issues to a diverse range of companies: in some cases this has involved helping the company to create a bespoke occupational healthcare framework and the subsequent monitoring of compliance.
Alistair has undertaken a review of the arrangements for the management of occupational health within the rail industry and has produced a set of guidance documents for the Rail Safety & Standards Board for Occupational Health Management within the industry. He has also worked as the project health & safety manager for two major upgrades on London Underground, with overall responsibility for all occupational health & safety issues for the multi-disciplinary project teams.
In addition, Alistair has been a lead expert in the management of change, having wide experience of projects involving change management during his 10 years as a consultant.
