Graham's experience has been garnered from a career working in railway operating companies (including London Underground and Docklands Light Railway) and in railway contracting companies, such as Balfour Beatty and Morgan Sindall.
Initially specialising as a bridge engineer, Graham changed direction to become involved in engineering processes including production and maintenance of civil engineering standards, technical and quality audit regimes and development of engineering asset information systems. Formerly part of the Executive Management Team for what is now Tubelines, he now specialises in the development of technical assurance regimes for railway engineering projects.
