In May 2019, we worked with a UK train operating company (TOC) to assess the safety impact and regulatory implications arising from a projected significant increase of footfall at one of the station facility owner (SFO) stations.
The work resulted in the successful resolution of a long running operational dispute with another Rail Delivery Group (RDG) member. Through the application of ROGs, CSM-RA and CDM requirements, the resulting outcome will be a safer station for all users.
