  • Costain / Network Rail; London Bridge Station Redevelopment Project - established and managed reporting regime for the six sub-project areas undertaking the £1bn London Bridge Station Redevelopment Project.

  • London Underground; Strategic support to the Business Efficiency Project - developed recommendations to deliver efficiencies across the engineering cost base following analysis and benchmarking of project and service delivery on behalf of the Head of Engineering.

  • Bombardier Transportation; Development of Migration Strategy - development of the migration strategy for the implementation of the Bombardier Cityflo 650 system onto London Underground’s sub-surface lines including the legacy interfaces with signalling, control and communication systems and the phasing of the 12 regions through installation, testing and commissioning. 

  • Thales Rail Signalling Solutions; Design Team Management - provided management consultancy and functional leadership to develop competence and capacity of the application design team responsible for delivering Jubilee and Northern Line application design.

  • Tube Lines; Engineering Contract Manager, Jubilee and Northern Line Upgrades - supported the tender evaluation for the procurement of the signalling system to implement the Jubilee and Northern Line upgrades. Implemented and ran the engineering elements of the contract management including negotiating engineering scope variations to the £293M (at award) contract.

  • Infraco JNP; T5 Piccadilly Line Extension Bid Manager - managed the signal and control systems bid, including scope, performance and price for the extension of the Piccadilly Line to Heathrow Terminal 5 on behalf of British Airports Authority and London Underground Limited.

  • London Underground; Project Implementation Manager, Central Line Centralised Control - managed the implementation of the centralised signalling control system.

  • London Underground; Public Inquiry Engineering Information Manager - provision of technical advice and information to the Boards of London Underground and London Regional Transport and to the Board’s counsel preceding and during, the Public Inquiry into the Kings Cross fire.
