Project & Programme Management

We provide a range of support to client projects and programmes based around risk profiling and management. This includes evaluation of business, financial and technical risks followed by development of mitigations and continuity plans to help manage their profile to an acceptable level. In addition, we offer audit services to ensure compliance with a range of safety and security standards.

We also provide personnel who can take up senior project/programme positions to facilitate effective delivery of planned activities. Some of these roles have been, for example, Safety Assurance Manager, Independent Safety Assessor, Systems Engineer, Tester in Charge and Programme Director.

Digital Rail Transformation

We have collaborated on many industry leading innovations and enhancements, not least of which is the Digital Transformation of the rail network and the Crossrail, HS1 and HS2 projects. Part of the business focus is on the introduction of digital technology into our traditional consulting sectors.

Our core offerings are focused on innovation around asset management where we are working on advanced analytics and on improving training environments where we are looking to introduce innovative delivery methodologies in conjunction with partner organisations, among other things, to improve the learning ‘fun factor’.
